We bought a large pool and hot tub combined in 2020 and form the moment we entered the showroom we have had nothing but excellent and friendly service. We had a site visit and discussed a number of options. Hydropool Jersey were really flexible with all of our needs and made sure that we had the product and the installation we wanted. Once installed, Hydropool Jersey have always been on the end of the phone and willing to do a site visit at a moments notice. The service certainly doesn’t end at the completion of the sale. We would highly recommend Hydropool to anyone thinking of buying a pool. We have had hours of fun with minimal maintenance and upkeep.

We bought our Hydro swim spa in February 2023. The team were amazing showing us the different types of swim spa looking at our needs and discussing all the variations. We were able to have a test session, when they closed the shop to allow us privacy. They are now all like family and we are using our swim spa every day.
